I put these cups in the infants department today and I have so many questions!

So, the Cat in the Hat, the fish, Things One and Two, The Grinch and his dog, AND Cindy Lou were all babies together and friends? Why did Mr. Grinch grow up but Cindy Lou stay a child? Is Cindy Lou Who a VAMPIRE?
